How do I add an expense? Tap any day on the calendar, then tap the + button to log a new expense. Enter the amount, category, and date, then tap Save.
How do I delete an expense? Open the expense list for a day, swipe left on any entry and tap Delete.
Will my data sync across my iPhone and iPad? Yes — as long as you are signed in to the same iCloud account on both devices, your expenses and settings sync automatically.
What happens if I switch iCloud accounts? For your privacy, all local data is cleared when a different iCloud account is detected. Your data is not deleted from iCloud — it will re-sync automatically once you sign back in to the original account.
I changed my currency but my old expenses look wrong. Currency is a display setting only. Moneyble does not convert amounts — it just changes the symbol shown. Old entries keep their original numbers.
My data disappeared after switching accounts. This is expected behavior to protect your privacy. Sign back in to your original iCloud account and your data will sync back automatically.
How do I set a monthly budget? Go to Settings → Monthly Budget, enable the toggle, and enter your budget amount.
